I recently purchased a 2015 S-Cross from this dealership and the service from start to finish was perfect, Alfie who managed the purchase was outstanding, from first contact he made everything super smooth and easy. I submitted an enquiry online and he got back to me the next morning, from there he sent multiple detailed videos of the car going through the condition, features, and service history which really helped me to make my mind up and go through with the purchase. This was the first car I had bought in a while so I had quite a few questions which Alfie always answered quickly and professionally, his service was 10/10.
Alfie also arranged delivery of the car (he delivered it himself), he arrived exactly when he said he would and handover was nice and smooth, the car was absolutely spot-on, for an 11 year old car it is in excellent condition and the team at the dealership did an amazing job on the paintwork, bumpers, and interior of the car, it looks and drives like a much newer car.
Can’t thank Alfie and his team enough, this was a great buying experience and the car has surpassed all expectations.
